What to Expect:In Biomedical Technology I, we will be learning, discussing, and exploring the concepts of biomedical research, the role and use of animals in biomedical research, challenges to biomedical research, cell biology as it relates to cancer, emerging & re-emerging infectious diseases, pathology and its role in forensic science. Together, we will work to ensure that you are proficient in the above subject matter and are prepared to take the NCEOG exam at the end of the semester. As a student, you will be asked to complete activities that demonstrate a mastery of basic biotechnology concepts and skills.
